Law firm Partners at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP finally after 6 weeks respond to request to Investigate the unethical practices of Stephen Waqué & Frank Sperduti with the typical BS letter written by Sean Weir!. It says nothing & does not address the Unethical Practices of his lawyers. So now all of BLG's Partners are now guilty of a "Cover-Up".
BLG states that these two "Gentlemen" acted "Professionally"! So to validate BLG's assertion we will be posting Waqué & Sperduti's "Professional" activities on this web site for All to See! BLG has had their opportunity to come clean, now all the Partners at BLG will have to pay the price for their Arrogance & Cover-Up!
Mr. Sean Weir as asked that we not contact any of the lawyers or staff at BLG, so instead open letters will be posted under the WaquéGate tab for all to view. Examples of BLG's high standards of "Professionalism" that these two "Gentlemen" have provided their Powerline Connections Clients will be outlined!
Hydro One's contract lawyer Gordon Nettleton at the direction of now Executive Vice President Operations Peter Gregg accuses Ontario Citizen's of giving confidential information to Ted Arnott, MPP for Wellington-Halton Hills.
Frank Sperduti, Partner, representing Powerline Connections does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DEFEND HIS CLIENTS with respect to Peter Gregg's Accusation! Did he know something that his clients did not?
Peter Gregg writes to Bill Allison on December 20, 2007, and states "While I know that Mr. Nettleton raised some hackles ..." referring to his accusation & then immediately afterwards Hydro stated that they had never requested Powerline Connection's Compensation Policy. That last comment infuriated Powerline Representatives who had worked so hard putting it together. Leslee Einmann, was incensed at the comment & Sperduti tried to calm her down after the meeting just outside the meeting room.
Right from the first meeting in Georgetown, at the Gellert Centre Gregg pressed Powerline Connections to deliver their document. Sperduti never said a word about the last comment, WHY? What was he hiding from his Powerline Connections clients? He had been in numerous meetings with Powerline Members from Limehouse to Hanover and with Hydro Officials led by Peter Gregg, with regards to Compensation Policy. He said not a thing in Powerline's Defense!
Where Sperduti & Waqué involved in providing confidential information about their clients, that may or may not be true to Peter Gregg & Hydro One? It certainly appears that way! Sperduti's actions certainly do not reflect a lawyer who has his clients best interest up front & what was Waqué's involvement in this!
Peter Gregg & Hydro One Executives are asked repeatedly to provide the Source and the Evidence, they Refuse. Thus starts the Cover-Up which has been on going by Hydro One Senior Executives for the last 3 years!
Was there Collusion between Stephen Waqué (BLG), Frank Sperduti (BLG), Gordon Nettleton (Osler) & Peter Gregg (Hydro One), & others, the answer is YES? More to come!
